A Day for Reminders

Is it already February 14? You know what that means don't you?! Of course you do:

Happy Valentines Day!!!

Yes, the day is here: Valentines day. And yes, I did have to make a post about it because, well it's Valentines Day, haha. And yes I did feel the need to make the font color red/pink/white because it fits XP.

I didn't post to cry about not having a valentine (ya, shocker isn't? haha, jk). I just posted because, well, I just felt like it.

Now you may be asking (well probably not, but w/e): What is valentines day? How did it begin?
And my response:
Valentines Day is a commercial holiday. It's a day where flourist and candy shops really feel the love. It's a day where guys empty out their pockets so that they can do something special for their girlfriend...or in an attempt to get a girl to notice them. And then the girls just stand there, taking it all, looking cute XP. And as for how it started, How the hell am i supposed to know??? Do i look like a history book to you? Jk jk jk. Why don't you look it up on google, or better yet, wikipedia. Haha. Lets see what kind of stories come up (write some down in the comments. thatd be great =P)

Nah, that's not what Valentines Day is. It's a day where couples get together and express their love for one another. Where as the people without a valentine spend their day in their house eating chocolate and ice-cream, crying their little hearts out thinking about how they feel so lonely as they watch depressing romantic movies...

And again, I'm just joking..kind of =P
Okay, serious now:
Basically, Valentines Day is just a reminder day. Its the day where people remind the special beings in their life that they love them. It reminds people that they will never be alone. This day reminds everyone that they are special to someone out there and that if they were to leave, it would have an impact in somebody's life.

I for one believe that this expression of love shouldn't be restricted to just this one day. I believe that reminding someone that you still love them should be a year round thing.

Anyway, I should probably close this up. So have a wonderful day full of love and warm feelings. If you have a valentine, I wish the best for the both of you. And even if you don't have a valentine, that doesn't mean you're not loved. Spread the love to everyone around you and you will have an awesome day too!
